Payment methods
We can currently accept payments via Paypal or Stripe. Both of these merchants allow for payment by credit or debit card. We also accept Afterpay.

All our pricing is in New Zealand Dollars.

Can I pick up my order?
As a general rule, we don't offer a pick up option as NZ Corsetry is operated from a home studio. If you are Wellington based and need your order urgently, get in touch and we may be able to arrange something.

How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate of $8.50 for courier and $13.50 for rural courier within NZ, with free shipping for orders over $190.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to get orders out by the next business day, and the courier usually takes 2-3 days (plus an extra day or two for rural addresses).

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We can ship to many countries, however due to the complexities of meeting supplier obligations under the GPSR regulations we are unfortunately no longer able to ship to European Union member states. This is effective immediately as we cannot guarantee delivery before the new regulations come into effect.
Shipping costs to available international destinations are calculated at checkout and are determined by weight. For most countries, we offer economy and courier options. The economy shipping includes limited tracking and can take up to 3-4 weeks. The courier option includes full tracking and should take a week or so. The shipping cost estimation is generally accurate, but if it is over-estimated at checkout, we will refund the difference.

Please note that if you are ordering from outside New Zealand you may be charged customs duties in your own country. Please check with your local customs service before ordering if you have any questions about this.

What happens if my order is lost in the post?
Once your order leaves NZC, it is in the hands of the postal service. If it fails to arrive, we can lodge an inquiry with the carrier. If your parcel can't be found then they will pay us to replace it.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes, of course. If you discover you've ordered the wrong product, then you can send it back. Once we receive the return and confirm that it is still in it's original, re-saleable condition we will issue a replacement or store credit. Please note that the shipping costs for returns fall to the customer. Send us a message for the return address.
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong product, or the product is faulty then let us know and we will cover shipping costs for the return and replacement.
- Gift cards and patterns are non-refundable.
- Items that require cutting upon ordering cannot be returned.

Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale?
We keep our pricing as low as possible, so unfortunately we are unable to offer wholesale accounts. However, we are able to get better pricing on some products for big orders, so do get in touch if you need something in bulk (i.e. 10+ metres of fabric, 100+ metres of boning/bone casing, 50+ busks etc). We can't promise that bulk pricing will be available, but are happy to check.

Can you source new or specific products?
That depends on the item and how much is required. I'm constantly trying to grow the store and evolve to supply what is needed/wanted, so please feel free to get in touch with any requests.

Do you offer bespoke corsets?
Unfortunately I am not taking bespoke orders.
